The PEAK Profile assesses your church using a multi-level survey model that can include:

Leadership/Staff
Governing Board/Elders

It is also available in Chinese and Spanish.
IN-DEPTH REPORTING
The reports that you receive will provide a big picture summary and in-depth analysis of the development of the 9 elements within the life of your church.
This will help you to look deeper at the developmental potential of your church will keeping the high level view of the mission of your church.
COACHING
Each profile comes with district appointed coach that is trained to guide your leadership team to discover your strengths and opportunities for growth.
Coaches promote positive dialogue around hard conversations and ask questions to dig deep into root issues that are affecting the fruitfulness and impact of your church.
